You'll be responsible for

Exploring options for participants
Engaging with participants to explore mainstream, community, advocate, informal, and NDIS provider options, ensuring they are involved in decision-making.🤝
Supporting participants with NDIS
Assisting participants in establishing their MyID account, navigating the NDIS Portal, and negotiating services and agreements with providers.🔗
Linking participants to services
Connecting participants to mainstream and community services such as housing, education, and health as required.What we're looking for
📜
Diploma or higher qualifications
Possess a Diploma or higher in relevant fields.View fit

Experience with NDIS
Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards.View fit
