You'll be responsible for

Exploring options with participants
Engaging participants in decision-making by exploring mainstream, community, advocate, informal, and NDIS provider options.🗂️
Supporting participants with NDIS navigation
Assisting participants in establishing their MyID account, navigating the NDIS Portal, and negotiating services and agreements.🔗
Linking participants to services
Connecting participants to mainstream and community services to enhance their support and participation in the community.What we're looking for

Diploma or higher qualifications
Possess a Diploma or higher in relevant fields.View fit
