Monitoring network operations and support
Monitor network performance and respond to alerts, outages, and service degradation. Diagnose and resolve Level 2β3 issues across LAN, WAN, wireless, internet, and VPN environments. Complete routine configuration changes on switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers.π οΈ
Performing network maintenance
Conduct scheduled maintenance including firmware/software updates, hardware lifecycle tasks, and patching. Support deployment of new network devices such as switches, routers, access points, and appliances.π
Providing project support
Support senior engineers in network upgrade and deployment projects. Carry out implementation tasks including device configuration, hardware installation, cabling checks, and testing.Skills you'll need
