Skills you'll need

Control Room experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Control Room, SCADA or Engineering environment, essential for ensuring operational excellence.

Stakeholder engagement

Excellent skills in engaging with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and influence change.

Technical expertise

Strong understanding of real-time operations and network planning, with experience in advanced technologies like DERMS.
