You'll be responsible for

Support and maintain network infrastructure (Cisco-based LAN/WAN environments) including routing, switching, and firewalls

Troubleshooting network incidents

Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and service outages, ensuring minimal business impact

Monitoring network performance

Perform proactive monitoring of network performance, availability, and capacity

Key criteria

Cisco networking experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching.
