You'll be responsible for

Leading from the front

Taking ownership of key stations such as the grill, dress bench, floor, or till, while setting a positive example for the team.

Delivering exceptional guest experiences

Ensuring that every guest receives high-quality service and leaves with a smile.

Supporting and mentoring newer team members

Guiding and assisting new team members to help them integrate and succeed in their roles.

Proven experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality environments.
