You'll be responsible for

Overseeing front desk operations

Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries with a friendly and professional manner during the night shift.

Performing end-of-day reconciliation procedures

Compiling Night Audit day pack reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance, ensuring timely distribution to specific departments.
🔒

Conducting regular security rounds

Maintaining a safe and peaceful environment for all guests by performing security checks throughout the night.
