Support the Night Manager in all elements of their function including security and safety and wellbeing of guests and colleagues.

Completing financial audits

Complete end-of-day accounting processes, including financial audits, reconciliations, revenue verification, and system balancing.

Providing exceptional customer service

Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the night shift, handling any guest inquiries or complaints and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
