You'll be responsible for

Overseeing the team leadership of North Carlton Children’s Centre and Princes Hill Kindergarten, ensuring high-quality education and care.

Implementing pedagogy

Supporting the implementation of Pedagogy and Practice principles founded on inclusion, trauma-informed practice, and environmental sustainability.

Coaching educators

Coaching and supporting a team of dedicated educators to meet the individual needs of children and families.

Key criteria

5+ years in leadership roles

Experience in Education and Care services management is essential.
