As a Nurse Manager, you will step into a Grade 7 leadership role, influencing care delivery and operational performance. You'll be responsible for

Leading nursing pools

Lead and manage the Permanent and Casual Nursing Pools, overseeing recruitment, rostering, workforce capability, and staff development.
🏥

Operational leadership

Provide advanced operational and professional nursing leadership aligned with clinical governance, safety, quality, budgetary, and legislative requirements.
🤝

Partnering with leaders

Partner closely with senior nursing leaders and Nurse Unit Managers to support hospital-wide patient flow, capacity, and service demand.

Valid registration demonstrating compliance with nursing standards.
