Leading nursing pools
Lead and manage the Permanent and Casual Nursing Pools, overseeing recruitment, rostering, workforce capability, and staff development.🏥
Operational leadership
Provide advanced operational and professional nursing leadership aligned with clinical governance, safety, quality, budgetary, and legislative requirements.🤝
Partnering with leaders
Partner closely with senior nursing leaders and Nurse Unit Managers to support hospital-wide patient flow, capacity, and service demand.What we're looking for
