You'll be responsible for

Leading the rehabilitation nursing team
Overseeing the nursing team to ensure effective delivery of rehabilitation care.🏥
Managing the unit and coordinating patient care
Handling daily operations and ensuring high-quality patient care in the unit.📈
Monitoring KPIs
Implementing strategies to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators for the unit.Key criteria

5+ years nursing experience
Demonstrated experience at ANUM level or higher.View

Registered Nurse qualification
Valid registration with AHPRA as a nurse or midwife.View
🎓
Management qualification
Graduate Diploma or equivalent, or willingness to pursue.View
