You'll be responsible for

Leading the daily operations of the Babies Nursery room
Overseeing the daily activities and ensuring a nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.📅
Developing and implementing age appropriate learning programs
Creating engaging and educational programs tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 0-2 years.🤝
Building strong relationships with children, families and team members
Fostering connections that promote a sense of belonging and community within the nursery.Key criteria

Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Possession of a Diploma or ACECQA approved qualificationView
🌱
Experience leading a Nursery room
Proven experience leading a Nursery for children aged 0–2 yearsView
📚
Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality StandardsView
