Leading operationalisation of Model of Care
Translate the endorsed Emergency Department Model of Care into operational practice, ensuring alignment with workforce and workflows.🔄
Coordinating clinical workflow design
Coordinate the development and validation of patient flow pathways, escalation processes, and admission and discharge processes.🎭
Overseeing simulation and readiness testing
Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive clinical and operational simulation plan, ensuring readiness for commissioning.Key criteria
