Translate the endorsed Emergency Department Model of Care into operational practice, ensuring alignment with workforce and workflows.

Coordinating clinical workflow design

Coordinate the development and validation of patient flow pathways, escalation processes, and admission and discharge processes.
🎭

Overseeing simulation and readiness testing

Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive clinical and operational simulation plan, ensuring readiness for commissioning.

Extensive senior clinical leadership experience

Demonstrated experience in Emergency Department settings is essential.
