You'll be responsible for

Monitoring bus service performance

Monitoring On-Time-Running (OTR) of the bus fleet using PTIPS and maintaining KPIs as per contractual requirements with TfNSW.

Handling emergencies

Handling emergencies and restoring service after disruptions to ensure minimal delays.

Liaising with staff

Liaising with mechanical staff regarding breakdowns and organizing mechanics to attend to issues on the road.
