Managing return to work programs
Managing work and non-work related Return to Work (RTW) program under an early intervention and best practice model, ensuring compliance with ANZ work Health & Safety legislation.💼
Overseeing workers compensation
Managing Workers Compensation insurer requirements including regular claim reviews and being the employer point of contact for disputes.🏥
Implementing health programs
Implementation and management of ANZ injury/illness prevention programs and occupational health & safety risks arising from J&J operations.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in occupational health or safety.View
🛠️
5+ years in RTW-related roles
Experience managing Return to Work programs effectively.View

Knowledge of legislation
Understanding of Work Health & Safety and Workers Compensation laws.View
