About the job

As an Occupational Therapist at Connect2Care, you will join a dynamic multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing evidence-based services through community, telehealth, and centre-based care. You'll be responsible for

Assessing and treating clients

Evaluate and provide therapy for clients with diverse needs, including both paediatrics and adults.

Supporting NDIS goals

Assist clients in achieving their National Disability Insurance Scheme goals and functional outcomes.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Work together with families, referrers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Occupational therapy qualification

Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy required.
