This job is about supporting NDIS participants through a community-based approach, delivering functional, participant-led therapy. You'll be responsible for

🤝

Supporting NDIS participants

You’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including neurological conditions, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and psychosocial disability.

Completing assessments and designing therapy plans

You’ll complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans tailored to individual needs.

Building relationships and tracking progress

You’ll build long-term relationships with participants and see real progress in their therapy journey.

Key criteria

🎓

Occupational therapy qualification

Possession of a relevant qualification, graduating in 2026 or January 2027.

Valid driver's licence

Current licence with a clean driving record for client transport.
