You'll be responsible for

Supporting NDIS participants
Providing support to NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals.🏡
Building long-term relationships
Working across homes, clinics, and community settings to build long-term relationships and witness progress.👥
Participating in multidisciplinary teamwork
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and ongoing development.Key criteria

Relevant professional registration
Possession of SPA or AHPRA registration for practice.View
