You'll be responsible for

Providing advanced occupational therapy assessment and intervention

Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions for predominantly older adults receiving care in home-based settings, particularly within the GEM at Home program.

Promoting best practice in aged care management

Applying advanced clinical expertise to support high-quality, patient-centred care and ensuring assessment and treatment approaches align with current best practice standards for geriatric patients.

Coordinating care within multidisciplinary teams

Collaborating with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and review care plans that maximise independence, safety, and functional outcomes in the home environment.

Key criteria

Occupational therapy qualifications

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience and AHPRA registration.
