Proactively building and maintaining effective relationships with participants and employers, providing support through face-to-face, phone, and on-the-job interactions.

Identifying barriers

Identifying barriers that may impact ongoing employment and addressing them promptly to ensure placements are retained.
📊

Monitoring placements

Monitoring work placements for participants engaged in employment beyond 26 weeks, working towards achieving monthly targets.

Key criteria

📄

Relevant qualifications in employment or community services

Possession of qualifications in Employment Services or Community Services is desirable.
