Identifying barriers
Identifying barriers that may impact ongoing employment and addressing them promptly to ensure placements are retained.📊
Monitoring placements
Monitoring work placements for participants engaged in employment beyond 26 weeks, working towards achieving monthly targets.Key criteria

Relevant qualifications in employment or community services
Possession of qualifications in Employment Services or Community Services is desirable.View

Experience in employment services
Demonstrated experience in barrier management and candidate placement is highly regarded.View
