You'll be responsible for

Managing content publishing

Overseeing content publishing, updates, and maintenance across Virgin Australia's digital channels using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Supporting optimisation

Enhancing customer journeys through testing and analysis, contributing to experimentation and personalisation activities.

Owning end-to-end delivery

Taking charge of the complete delivery of digital content and experiences, ensuring they meet customer needs.
