You'll be responsible for

Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to meet customers' individual needs for their infrastructure and application deployments.

Troubleshooting application deployments

Troubleshoot application deployments, recreate customer issues, and build proof of concept applications using advanced troubleshooting techniques.

Building Cloud Formation templates

Help build and maintain Cloud Formation templates and scripts to automate and deploy AWS resources and configuration changes.
