This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of the COO's calendar and business activities, while also providing high-level business management support to the Operations Directorate. The team thrives on flexibility and self-management, adapting to the diverse needs of the Directorate, including occasional work outside standard hours to meet business demands.
You'll be responsible for

Coordinating administration and office management
Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations to support the COO and the Operations Directorate.📝
Preparing management reports and meeting coordination
Developing and coordinating reports, meeting agendas, and minutes to ensure effective communication and decision-making within the Directorate.📅
Providing executive administrative support
Offering comprehensive support to the COO, including calendar management and preparation of briefs and presentations for various audiences.What we're looking for
