Leading and supervising teams
Lead and supervise a team of truck drivers, forklift operators, and dockhands, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and performance alignment📦
Managing PUD operations
Manage the day-to-day execution of PUD operations, including dispatch, route allocation, load planning, and delivery performance🦺
Championing safety culture
Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing Chain of Responsibility (CoR), WHS policies, and safe work practices across all activitiesKey criteria

Transport and logistics experience
Demonstrated experience in FCL and LCL freight operations.View
