Monitoring and maintaining shift rosters to ensure drivers and buses are allocated prior to the commencement of shifts for effective management of fatigue and payroll.

Ensuring service delivery

Ensuring that services are delivered in a manner that allows CDC to meet its contractual KPIs.

Investigating incidents

Investigating accidents/incidents by reviewing CCTV and other sources of factual information, and updating records accordingly.
