About the job

As an Organic Growth Manager, you'll be at the forefront of Everlab's mission to enhance organic growth. This job is all about transforming the company's organic traffic share from 7% to 20% and beyond, making a significant impact on the overall growth strategy. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various teams and an SEO agency to establish Everlab as a leader in preventive health. You'll be responsible for

Executing SEO strategy

Own the agency relationship day-to-day, drive the content calendar, and ensure technical SEO recommendations are implemented effectively.

Building organic social presence

Create a distribution engine across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, focusing on content strategy and community engagement.
🎯

Designing referral programme

Launch and optimise a customer referral mechanic to turn satisfied members into a measurable acquisition channel.

Key criteria

📈

4 to 7 years in organic growth or SEO

Experience in a B2C growth environment is essential.
