You'll be responsible for

Completing service visits and implementing improvement action plans.

Conducting visits to various services and executing plans to enhance their performance.
🔍

Supporting services identified as priority, high-focus or approaching Assessment & Rating.

Providing assistance to services that require immediate attention or are nearing evaluation.
📈

Reviewing service performance, compliance and operational practices to drive continuous improvement.

Evaluating how services operate to ensure they meet standards and improve over time.

Key criteria

📚

Extensive OSHC experience

5+ years in Out of School Hours Care or Early Childhood Education.

Leadership experience

Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar leadership role.

Knowledge of regulations

Strong understanding of National Quality Framework and related laws.
