You'll be responsible for

Support and mentor Coordinators across multiple services to build capability and confidence.

Providing leadership

Provide on-the-ground leadership by stepping into services as needed to ensure quality delivery.

Driving programming

Drive high-quality programming aligned to the TheirCare approach, enhancing service delivery.

Key criteria

Experience in OSHC leadership

Demonstrated experience as an OSHC Coordinator or similar leadership role.
