The OSHC Coordinator job is all about leading a vibrant Outside School Hours Care program. You'll be responsible for

Leading a team

Leading, mentoring, and managing OSHC Educators while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

Ensuring child safety

Ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children, implementing behavior management and emergency protocols.
🏘️

Engaging with families and community

Building strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community through communication and involvement initiatives.

Leadership experience in OSHC

Demonstrated experience leading teams in Outside School Hours Care settings.
