You'll be responsible for

Leading the OSHC program

Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs for their child in a specialist school setting.

Planning child-focused programs

Plan and prepare child-focused programs for school-aged children in a specialist school setting, ensuring individual needs are met.

Fostering team culture

Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practice, creating an engaging environment for staff and children.

Experience leading teams

Demonstrated experience leading teams in disability or education sectors.
