You'll be responsible for

Leading the OSHC program

Overseeing the Outside School Hours Care program in a specialist school setting, ensuring quality care and support for children.

Planning and preparing child-focused programs

Creating engaging and tailored programs for school-aged children in a specialist environment.

Fostering a positive team culture

Encouraging a supportive and collaborative team environment through coaching and reflective practices.

Experience in disability support

Proven experience leading teams in disability or community services.
