You'll be responsible for

Supervising and developing inmates

Managing, coaching, instructing, and encouraging inmates as team members to improve their work skills and enhance their post-release employment prospects.

Overseeing team activities

Ensuring productivity efficiency and other commercial objectives are achieved while meeting Workplace Health & Safety, Quality Management requirements and customer service needs.
🎓

Providing training

Facilitating paid training for inmates to undertake Certificate III in Correctional Practice at an allocated Corrective Services Academy training facility.

Certificate III in Correctional Practice

Current certification or capacity to complete it within specified timeframes.

NSW Driver Licence

Valid licence with a clean driving record for job responsibilities.

Minimum Cert III in Horticulture or related trades required.
