Providing patient centred care
Working as a member of the Specialist Community Palliative Care Team to provide patient centred palliative care for people with advanced life limiting illnesses, their families and carers.🤝
Collaborating with health professionals
Liaising with other FWLHD palliative care health professionals and functioning as a member of a multidisciplinary team.🌍
Supporting community health
Making a real difference to the health outcomes for communities in rural and remote healthcare.Key criteria

Current Registered Nurse authority
Valid authority from AHPRA with recent clinical experience.View
