This job is about joining a global disputes practice that supports litigation, investigations, arbitration, and regulatory matters across Australia and the Pacific. The opportunity to work closely with experienced disputes lawyers and external counsel allows for broad exposure to significant and complex legal matters. You'll be responsible for

Supporting dispute management

Supporting the management of disputes, litigation, investigations and regulatory matters by preparing, reviewing and organising legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, witness materials, presentations and case files, while coordinating matter administration and maintaining accurate records.

Coordinating document activities

Coordinating and supporting document preservation, identification, collection, review and production activities for discovery, disclosure, subpoenas, regulatory notices and other legal processes, including legal holds and document review workflows.

Liaising with stakeholders

Liaising with external counsel, service providers and internal stakeholders to facilitate instructions, coordinate information requests, monitor matter progress and support effective management of legal spend and matter budgets.

Paralegal experience

3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
