You'll be responsible for

Delivering efficient, courteous, and customer-focused information services to patients, visitors, and staff.📝
Managing admissions and discharges
Accurately completing admissions on IBA and ensuring patient records are available upon admission.📞
Operating switchboard functions
Performing all usual switchboard functions including answering calls, connecting patients, and paging as required.Key criteria
