As RACQ’s Payroll Business Partner, you will take ownership of the full end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring every process is delivered accurately, reliably, and on time. Your expertise will provide guidance on payroll legislation and support continuous process improvement, contributing to a seamless payroll experience for everyone. You'll be responsible for

Delivering payroll
Deliver accurate, reliable and timely end-to-end fortnightly and monthly payrolls, manage employee movements, and resolve complex payroll issues using a riskware approach.🤝
Supporting employees
Provide high-level support to employees by responding to payroll queries, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring excellent customer service.🔗
Collaborating with teams
Partner with Finance, HR and other RACQ teams, and liaise with external regulatory bodies, while managing required documentation.What we're looking for

5-7 years payroll experience
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.View fit

Certificate in Business or Finance
Possession of a relevant qualification in payroll or finance.View fit
