You'll be responsible for

Owning payroll operations

Own end-to-end Australian and global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing and compliance with all reporting obligations.

Managing outsourced providers

Manage and hold outsourced payroll providers, EORs and in-country partners to account, driving service excellence, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
🚀

Leading payroll transformation

Lead major payroll transformation projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and harmonization initiatives.
