This exciting opportunity allows a proactive and organized team member to support high-impact talent and people initiatives, including the Summer Internship Program and the development of a Career Pathways framework. You'll be responsible for

Coordinating the summer Internship program

Manage the internship program from recruitment to onboarding and support, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
🗓️

Scheduling and supporting project workshops

Organize and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and capability programs to drive project success.
📊

Conducting research and data gathering

Gather and benchmark data to inform the design and development of the Employee Value Proposition and Career Pathways framework.
