You'll be responsible for

Providing direct assistance

Offering personalized support to consumers who have survived a suicide attempt or crisis, linking them with appropriate services.

Conducting mental health assessments

Documenting assessments, support planning, and safety planning as required.

Facilitating peer support

Delivering regular, flexible support to consumers, helping them monitor their needs and resources.

Certificate IV in Community Services

Minimum qualification in Community Services or related discipline.
