The Consumer Peer Support Worker in the Youth Team is a vital position that empowers young people on their recovery journey through lived experience. You'll be responsible for

Offering one-to-one peer support to young people using lived experience and recovery principles.

Establishing trusting relationships that promote hope, self-determination, and wellbeing.

Facilitating engagement

Facilitating or co-facilitating peer groups, workshops, and engagement activities.
