You'll be responsible for

Providing direct assistance
Offering personalized support to consumers who have survived a suicide attempt or are in crisis, linking them with appropriate services.📝
Conducting mental health assessments
Performing assessments and creating support and safety plans tailored to individual needs.📊
Monitoring consumer progress
Regularly reviewing and documenting the activities and needs of consumers as outlined in their support plans.Key criteria

Certificate IV in Community Services
Possession of a relevant Certificate IV qualification is essential.View
