You'll be responsible for

Supporting individuals in distress

Sitting with guests in distress and discomfort, taking a collaborative approach to help them identify and connect with the support they need.

Utilising lived experience

Using personal lived experience of suicidal crisis recovery to connect with guests and provide evidence-based support.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working collaboratively with key stakeholders and services like ambulance and local mental health teams.
