Lead the translation of business strategy and requirements into scalable Pega-based solutions and business architectures

Define and drive end-to-end case management design, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and customer journeys

Collaborating with stakeholders

Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical architects to shape solution vision and roadmap

Proven experience designing Pega-based case management solutions.
