You'll be responsible for

Ensuring health and safety

Maintaining the health and safety of all enrolled children at the service at all times.

Maintaining quality supervision

Providing quality supervision of all enrolled children at the service at all times.

Assisting with daily routines

Supporting the implementation of daily routines and performing other duties as requested by the Nominated Supervisor.

Skills you'll need

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrating strong communication abilities to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.

Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment

Fostering teamwork and collaboration to create a positive learning atmosphere.
📚

Understanding of the Montessori Philosophy

Having knowledge of the Montessori approach to education and its principles.
