You'll be responsible for

Supporting People and Culture initiatives

Assisting the People and Culture Business Partner to achieve outcomes aligned with the overall strategy of CDC NSW.

Coaching managers

Providing managers and leaders with guidance and coaching support to better manage employee queries and grievances.

Facilitating talent management discussions

Facilitating conversations around talent management, succession planning, and team engagement to strengthen workforce capabilities.

Demonstrated experience managing employee relations cases effectively.
