Leading initiatives
Lead and coordinate priority leadership and capability initiatives aligned to BCE’s culture and people strategy, ensuring high-quality design, delivery, and evaluation.📅
Managing programs
Manage the end-to-end delivery of leadership development programs and events, including assessments, facilitation support, participant engagement, logistics, and post-delivery evaluation and insights.💡
Contributing to development
Contribute to the Reimagine Leadership Development initiative, supporting pilot delivery of future leadership development approaches.Key criteria
