You'll be responsible for

Coordinating recruitment
Managing end to end recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, contracts, onboarding, and orientation plans.✅
Tracking compliance
Ensuring compliance with police checks, vaccinations, VEVO, qualifications, and working rights.🎉
Supporting employee initiatives
Supporting employee experience initiatives such as service anniversaries, recognition programs, and engagement events.Key criteria

2+ years in HR recruitment
Demonstrated experience in HR recruitment and coordination.View

Aged care or healthcare experience
Essential background in aged care or healthcare settings.View
