You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support
Offering administrative support to the EGM People & Culture and P&C Leadership Team, including coordination of travel and acting as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders.📊
Preparing reports and meeting papers
Preparing a range of reports (including Board and Committee reports), meeting papers, presentations, and follow-ups for the EGM of P&C.🗃️
Managing P&C systems
Managing P&C systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance across SharePoint sites, document libraries, and Microsoft 365 access.Key criteria
