This job is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the Scams Prevention Framework at AFCA, where fairness drives every decision. By designing and delivering the foundational People & Culture activities, you will help shape a critical new function that makes a real impact. The team values collaboration and inclusivity, creating a supportive environment where every voice matters.

You'll be responsible for

🏗️

Building and establishing

Lead the design and delivery of all People & Culture activities for the Scams program, including workforce model and capability.
🤝

Partnering with leaders

Collaborate with program leadership and Centres of Excellence to embed the operating model and drive performance outcomes.
⚖️

Advising on workplace relations

Act as an escalation point for complex people matters and guide leaders through sensitive employee relations issues.
