Supporting the development and maintenance of People Strategy metrics, dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility of workforce trends, risks and outcomes.

Collecting and validating data

Collecting, validating and reconciling people data from agreed sources, helping maintain data quality and integrity.

Analysing workforce data

Analysing workforce data to identify trends, emerging issues and opportunities, and translating these into practical insights that support decision-making.
